All orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. While shipping is included, the prices are determined by your location being U.S., Canada/Mexico or Worldwide. These are based on shipping costs using flat rate priority mail.
Absolutely. We have been shipping sleeves all over the world since 1998! Some of our best customers are in Canada and Europe.
We are unable to claim lower prices than the actual value, however, the shipping part of the total is listed separately to clarify the total cost.
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Space Saving Sleeves is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
Any packages returned by international customs officials as unclaimed will be subject reshipped at the buyer's expense ($40 for 100 or 200 or $85 for 500-1000 sleeves). Refunds will be made upon request minus actual shipping costs (see above). Once you place your order, please stay in contact with your local customs office so you do not miss your package.
Only Washington State customers are subject to sales tax.
We're sure you will be happy with the quality and space-saving results of our sleeves. If they are not right for you, we will certainly take care of you. You may return your sleeves within 30 days for a refund minus our shipping costs.
Any defective sleeves will be replaced at no charge.
I have had my personal collection of (now) over 14,000 CDs in these Space Saving Sleeves for over 20 years. I have not experienced any issues whatsoever. In fact, I can't imagine ever going back to jewel boxes.
